Healthy Lemonade and Limeade Greek Yogurt Popsicles

It is spring and in Florida that means it is already getting warm. When I start to think of warm spring days I think of sipping on a nice cool lemonade sitting by the pool or some cold lime sorbet. Yum! That is why I decided to make these yummy and healthy lemonade and limeade greek yogurt popsicles. They will keep you cool and satisfied during the upcoming warm months.

These are surprisingly easy to make, especially for how good they taste! For 6 popsicles you will need about 3 cups of yogurt total. I used half plain and half vanilla greek yogurts. They only have 110 calories per popsicle (I used a higher calorie vanilla yogurt ~250 calories per cup, which you can easily find with lower calories).

To sweeten it up a tiny bit I added some agave nectar. The vanilla greek yogurt was already sweet so I didn’t need to add too much. It was just to balance out the tart flavor of the lemon and the lime.

For the lemon and lime flavors I used their juices. You can squeeze it fresh or just buy the juices in the bottles. I had to use a good amount of the juice to get the tart flavor that I wanted. To add to the look of the popsicles I added some yellow and green food coloring.

These are so good I was eating the leftovers before they were frozen. I felt like I was eating a lemon flavored creamsicle. You could just forget the freezing and eat this as a yogurt snack. It kind of tasted like lemon pudding, but more tart because of the yogurt! So good!

I used some popsicle molds I bought from Target a while back, but you can buy these popsicle molds from Amazon for pretty cheap. I used them to make my Chocolate Chili Liqueur Popsicles.
